TUSCALOOSA POLICE TAKE OFF-CAMPUS ROBBERY REPORT

On Thursday, June 26, 2008, at 11:30 AM, Tuscaloosa Police took a robbery report from a male UA student who reported that he was robbed outside his residence in the 500 block of 13th Avenue. The student reported that between 1:00 - 1:30 AM on June 26, he was walking back to his residence when he was grabbed by male suspect and forced to the ground. The suspect produced a pistol and took property from the victim. There were no injuries in the incident. There were four other accomplices with the initial suspect. All left in the direction of University Boulevard.

The description provided of the suspects is as follows:

• Males
• 18 to 22 years of age
• Ranging in height from 5'10" and 6'02" in height
• Three persons were of slim build, two were described as over 200 lbs
• All wearing black shorts and white shirts; one suspect wore a bandana
